Questions people ask
Do you need my password?
No. We only need the public link to your profile, post or video. Never share your password with anyone.
Does my account have to be public?
Yes. Keep the account or post public until the order is completed, otherwise it cannot be delivered.
How fast does my order start?
Each service shows its expected start time and speed under “Service info” before you order. These are estimates from the provider.
How do I add funds?
Open Wallet in your dashboard, pay with eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay or bank transfer, then submit the transaction ID. Your balance is added once the payment is confirmed.
What if an order cannot be completed?
If an order is cancelled or only partly delivered, the undelivered part is refunded to your wallet automatically.
What if followers or likes drop later?
Services marked “Refill” are topped up for free during their refill period. Services without refill are not covered, so check before you order.
Can I order twice for the same link?
Wait until the first order is completed. Running two orders on the same link at the same time can make counts unreliable.
