These terms apply to every order placed on SMM NPL, operated by BS Computer InfoTech, Nepal. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
1. The service
We provide social media marketing services such as followers, likes, views and comments on third-party platforms. We are not affiliated with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or any other platform.
2. Your responsibilities
- Give a correct, public link or username. Orders placed on a wrong or private link cannot be reversed.
- Keep the account or post public and unchanged until the order is completed.
- Do not place a second order for the same link while one is still running.
- Do not use the services for content that breaks the law or the platform’s rules.
3. Delivery
Start times and speeds shown for each service are estimates. Platforms can change their systems at any time, which may slow or affect delivery.
4. Payments and wallet
Orders are paid from your wallet balance in Nepali rupees. Top-ups are added after the payment is confirmed. Prices may change without notice; the price shown when you order is the price you pay.
5. Drops and refills
Counts may drop over time. Services marked “Refill” are topped up during their stated refill period. Services without refill are not covered.

7. Accounts
We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, attempt fraud or file false payment claims.
