This policy explains how refunds work on SMM NPL (BS Computer InfoTech).
Automatic refunds to your wallet
- Cancelled or failed orders: the full amount is returned to your wallet.
- Partial orders: the part that was not delivered is returned to your wallet.
When no refund is given
- The order was placed on a wrong, private or deleted link.
- The account or post was made private, renamed or deleted during delivery.
- Counts dropped after delivery on a service without refill.
- A second order was placed on the same link while the first was running.
Wallet balance
Wallet balance is used to pay for orders. Wallet balance is meant for placing orders and is not normally paid out as cash. If you have a special reason to ask for unused balance back, contact support; each request is reviewed individually.
Payment issues
If you paid but your top-up was not added, contact support with your transaction ID.
