For example, if your username in eSewa is “Bishal Sigdel” and your mobile number is “+977-123456789,” these details must exactly match the information registered with your bank.

Category 2: Username, Mobile Number, and Date of Birth Matching

The following banks require that your username, mobile number, and date of birth must match between your bank’s KYC and eSewa’s KYC:

  1. Rastriya Banijya Bank Ltd.
  2. Global IME Bank Ltd.
  3. Nepal Investment Mega Bank Ltd.

For example, if your username in eSewa is “Keshav Bhattarai,” your mobile number is “+977-987654321,” and your date of birth is “January 1, 1990,” these details must exactly match the records in your bank’s system.
