How to Find Your Player ID in PUBG Mobile, Free Fire and Mobile Legends

Almost every game top-up asks for the same thing first: your player ID. Not your username, not your email, but a number the game gives your account. Get that number right and the top-up lands in your account. Get one digit wrong and it goes to someone else.

The good news is that finding it takes about ten seconds once you know where to look. Here is where it lives in the three games we get asked about the most.

PUBG Mobile: Character ID

  1. Open PUBG Mobile and wait for the lobby to load.
  2. Tap your avatar in the top-left corner.
  3. Your Character ID is the long number shown under your in-game name.
  4. Tap the small copy icon next to it.

That number is all you need for a PUBG Mobile UC top-up. PUBG does not ask for a server or zone number.

Free Fire and Free Fire MAX: UID

  1. Open Free Fire or Free Fire MAX.
  2. Tap your profile banner in the top-left corner of the lobby.
  3. Your UID is the number on your profile. Use the copy button next to it.

Free Fire and Free Fire MAX share the same account, so your UID is the same in both apps.

Mobile Legends: User ID and Server ID

Mobile Legends is the one that trips people up, because it needs two numbers.

  1. Open Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.
  2. Tap your avatar in the top-left corner.
  3. Under your name you will see something like 123456789 (2345).

The first number is your User ID. The number in brackets is your Server ID (some sites call it Zone ID). Enter them in separate boxes, and leave out the brackets. If you skip the Server ID, the top-up cannot find your account. Ready to buy? Here is our Mobile Legends diamonds guide for Nepal.

Other games

Most games keep the ID in one of three places: your profile screen, the settings menu, or an “Account” or “Customer Service” page. Look for words like UID, Player ID, Game ID or Role ID. If a game shows both a long number and a short name, the number is almost always the one you need.

Three habits that save you from a wrong top-up

  • Copy, don’t type. Long numbers are easy to mistype, especially on a phone.
  • Take the ID from your own profile. Not from a squad screenshot or an old chat with a friend.
  • Read the name before you pay. On BS Computer InfoTech, supported games check your ID automatically and show the account name. If the name isn’t yours, stop and fix the ID.

That last one matters because our orders are delivered automatically. Once a top-up goes out, it can’t be cancelled or moved to another account.

Frequently asked questions

Is it safe to share my player ID?

Yes. Your player ID is public. Anyone you play with can see it on your profile. It can’t be used to log in to your account. A real top-up seller will never ask for your password, OTP, or Facebook or Google login.

My ID shows as invalid. What now?

Check for a missing or extra digit, and for Mobile Legends make sure the Server ID is in its own box. If it still fails, message us on WhatsApp with a screenshot of your profile and we’ll help.

Is the player ID the same as my in-game name?

No. You can change your name, but the ID stays the same for the life of the account. That’s why top-ups use the ID.
