How long does delivery take?

Most top-ups are sent automatically right after your payment is confirmed. Some products can take longer during busy periods.

Which payment methods do you accept?

eSewa and Khalti, in Nepali rupees.

What if I entered the wrong player ID?

Top-ups sent to a wrong ID usually cannot be reversed. Use the Check ID button on the product page before paying where it is available.

How do I get my gift card or voucher code?

Codes appear in your order details under My Account and in your order email.
